Love the product; quick customer service After rectifying an initial glitch in my order, I rec’d my Muji art pens almost immediately. Use these pens every day for all manner if writing and drawing. Great quality for an amazing price.

Product was student grade Product was student grade. I purchased all 3 mica watercolor sets. The fountain pen was missing an ‘ O’ ring on the inside of the pen. Customer Service with the purchasers & shipping departments need to have the kinks worked out of their systems being that this is an overseas concern.

Money taken no product and no successful way to contact information.… Unfortunately I can’t give a good review as I have yet to receive my product, their email address bounced and their live chat is so automated it’s unresponsive to anything other than the initial track my product which gives no tracking info other than full filled . Am concerned it’s a dodgy company. If you read this Prestigify please do contact me to either refund or deliver my item.

It's been about 2 months It's been about 2 months, still no package. I spent 40 on a tiny watercolor set. Email correspondence with the company is prompt and polite, but ends up in spam and somehow has a lot of"info" without actually telling me anything...like dates, tracking numbers, etc. If there was an award for being "professionally vague", this company wins the prize. Seriously feels like a scam, which I have told them. I'm about ready to dispute with Citibank and let them go after Prestigify.

Love the travel watercolors This brand has a wide range of different art supplies, and their travel watercolors are so convenient! I really appreciate that they come with a brush and a sponge all built right into the unit. It couldn't be easier to take your art on the go with them!
