I ordered online Paid a week later received a email informing me that my order had shipped then several days later I recieved another email stating that order was back ordered. now I recieved this my second request for a review. now it's been almost 4 weeks. Never buying from this company again.

My order took a long time to arrive (7… My order took a long time to arrive (7 weeks) and the tracking link didn’t work. Customer service explained that tracking links have largely become broken with the current covid crisis. Was about to request refund when my order arrived. Didn’t like the wait but the watercolors are very nice and the company was apologetic about the long wait.

I was recently finding a good Christmas… I was recently finding a good Christmas gift for my nieces and something to invest my time especially now that we are on lock down. I find this store and their products are just absolutely amazing. I painted more than 8 paintings and plan on buying more. Excellent on fast shipping too! I highly recommend this shop.
