Customer service explained that tracking links have largely become broken with the current covid crisis. Was about to request refund when my order arrived. Didn’t like the wait but the watercolors are very nice and the company was apologetic about the long wait.

MISLEADING!!! Duplicate Shades Across These 3 Palettes DO. NOT. BUY. MULTIPLE. COLOR. PALETTES!!!! It’s a HUGE ripoff 😢 I am new to water coloring, and trapped at home for six weeks already from a bad car accident, and a broken sternum and ribs… My new hobby has been a source of comfort, therapy and distraction… The metallics make my brain sparkle in a very happy way… So I ordered an eight-pan of each of the three collections, anxiously awaited their arrival, and opened them only to learn that multiple colors are duplicated across the different pallets, which you cannot discern at the website because they use different names to fool us into thinking each full pallet has shades not repeated in the other Collections… the paints and colors themselves are absolutely beautiful, and in that regard, I would have given five stars… But the lure of 24 different shades of metallics to have maybe a total of eight out of three pans was extremely disappointing. Therefore, you will never get my money again… let the buyer, beware, and let the seller lose business.

Great pen, excellent paints I ordered the 18 color Nomad Portable Watercolor set. It arrived within a week. The color pots are very dense and have lots of paint in them. The water pen brush works perfectly and delivers unexpectedly fine precision. I have painted with the set twice, and I can get very fine detail and also nice washes with the water pen brush. It has been very pleasant to use the set, and I'm planning to give it as gifts and also to order the larger set when it comes back in stock, even though I found the 18 colors to be surprisingly blendable.

It's been about 2 months It's been about 2 months, still no package. I spent 40 on a tiny watercolor set. Email correspondence with the company is prompt and polite, but ends up in spam and somehow has a lot of"info" without actually telling me anything...like dates, tracking numbers, etc. If there was an award for being "professionally vague", this company wins the prize. Seriously feels like a scam, which I have told them. I'm about ready to dispute with Citibank and let them go after Prestigify.
