Money taken no product and no successful way to contact information.… Unfortunately I can’t give a good review as I have yet to receive my product, their email address bounced and their live chat is so automated it’s unresponsive to anything other than the initial track my product which gives no tracking info other than full filled . Am concerned it’s a dodgy company. If you read this Prestigify please do contact me to either refund or deliver my item.

I received the pencil drawing set from… I received the pencil drawing set from Prestigify in the 12 days of Christmas giveaway. I’ve never owned such a nice pencil set before. I sketched a couple things to paint with my watercolors and just love the variety and quality of the lead in the pencils. I always thought a pencil was a pencil until I used these. There is definitely a huge difference. The set also came with a sharpener, erasers and charcoal pencils, just amazing! Thank you so much for this lovely set that came in it’s own vinyl wrap case.

It's been about 2 months It's been about 2 months, still no package. I spent 40 on a tiny watercolor set. Email correspondence with the company is prompt and polite, but ends up in spam and somehow has a lot of"info" without actually telling me anything...like dates, tracking numbers, etc. If there was an award for being "professionally vague", this company wins the prize. Seriously feels like a scam, which I have told them. I'm about ready to dispute with Citibank and let them go after Prestigify.

Wow! Beautiful craftsmanship! Was so impressed with the quality of the nomad painter product- we sent it to our friend for her birthday, and she was over the moon. Thank you! It was disappointing that the delivery fees to Canada were so steep, unavoidable, perhaps, but still a deterrent. I apprec8that my concerns were taken into consideration and efforts made to find a mutually satisfactory solution.

HAPPY CUSTOMER FOR OVER 3 YEARS… I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER 3 YEARS AND LOVE THE WATERCOLOUR SLIDERS . THESE ARE MY FAVOURITE AS THE COLOURS ARE VIBRANT AND EASY TO TRANSPORT AND USE , i HAVE USED THE PENS BUT LEARNT THAT YOU MUST DIP THEM IN WATER TO GET LONG LASTING RESILTS ,BUT LOVE THE TEXTURES AND EFFECTS. I would like the addition of a block of really strong and vibrant whites then my kit would be complete . Have the golds and cant wait to try them , PS customer service excellent also
