La raison est simple : il passe par un prestataire ColiColi qui vole les colis (je vous invite à lire les avis sur ce site), de plus le colis provenait de Chine. Un peu cher pour un produit chinois qui n'arrivera jamais chez vous. Bien évidemment, le service support de Kyotobox n'a jamais répondu. La livraison provenait de Chine Je vous invite à ne rien commander sur ce site au risque de perdre votre argent. Beware of the scam, support address not found. I ordered a box and never received it. The reason is simple: it goes through a ColiColi service provider who steals the packages (I invite you to read the reviews on this site), moreover the package came from China. A little expensive for a Chinese product that will never arrive at your place. Of course, the support service of Kyotobox never answered. I tried to get my tracking number to track the package and there isn’t a tracking number for my order. I have no way to track my order and still nothing has come. 70$ is a lot of money to spend for nothing to come.

DEReally bad customer service The box itself looks super nice, but the cable was defective. (Probably already happened during shipping) So I wasn't able to use the box to its full extent. When I asked if I could get a new box sent or if I could get my money back, I got a strict no. They are not aware of any guilt and pack everything with the greatest care. I then asked if I could at least have a new cable so that I could repair it myself. That too was rejected. So I paid almost 40€ for a non-functioning box. Customer service is really a disaster. The website also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is absolutely not true
