Great first experience I’ve ordered my kyotobox less than two weeks ago and it’s already here. I’m from Italy so I was a little bit scared that something could go wrong with the delivery, but luckly everything went fine. The box is perfect, I love it. They’re also super professional. I’m gonna buy something else for sure.

I had purchased 9 boxes for Christmas… I had purchased 9 boxes for Christmas and got them in January 19. They craftsmanship was amazing but I have one major problem. My remote to change the lights, don't work. Sadly it is happening to all of the order. Beautiful boxes but the hardware and Bluetooth aren't connecting like they should If my boys weren't so excited it'd bother me a bit more.. just want to have fully functional frames to put up

This Company is still at the beginning But with a lot of Potential This Company is still at the beginning so you order can take Some Time But it will come. The quality ist realy good and they look fantastic. I tried to contact Someone but not because of an Probleme, I just asked a question about there products and was confronted with pure kindness. If you have worries because of your order you can take contact with the Support or the Instagram acc @kyotoboxu and maybe with @kyotoboxman. I can say you can Trust kyotobox.eu with 5 Stars and you need no worries.

2nd Times the charm My first time was already 4 stars and was only so because of a long wait which I still understood. This time I ordered 2, the Kira one to match L and Tanjirobfor a birthday gift for a friend and they somehow came much quicker than before and both were still in great quality.

I loved the product but at first the… I love the product but at first the eyes were bad and I contacted support and they sorted me out but now my box won’t even turn on I’ve bought new batteries, and it still won’t turn on.
