USThey said 7-10 business days I ordered… They said 7-10 business days I ordered on Dec 14 and it is Jan 2nd. I tried to get my tracking number to track the package and there isn’t a tracking number for my order. I have no way to track my order and still nothing has come. 70$ is a lot of money to spend for nothing to come.

IEI loved the product but at first the… I love the product but at first the eyes were bad and I contacted support and they sorted me out but now my box won’t even turn on I’ve bought new batteries, and it still won’t turn on.

DEReally bad customer service The box itself looks super nice, but the cable was defective. (Probably already happened during shipping) So I wasn't able to use the box to its full extent. When I asked if I could get a new box sent or if I could get my money back, I got a strict no. They are not aware of any guilt and pack everything with the greatest care. I then asked if I could at least have a new cable so that I could repair it myself. That too was rejected. So I paid almost 40€ for a non-functioning box. Customer service is really a disaster. The website also advertises a 30-day money-back guarantee, which is absolutely not true

DEThis Company is still at the beginning But with a lot of Potential This Company is still at the beginning so you order can take Some Time But it will come. The quality ist realy good and they look fantastic. I tried to contact Someone but not because of an Probleme, I just asked a question about there products and was confronted with pure kindness. If you have worries because of your order you can take contact with the Support or the Instagram acc @kyotoboxu and maybe with @kyotoboxman. I can say you can Trust kyotobox.eu with 5 Stars and you need no worries.
