Avoid this site at all costs, terrible customer service. Unhelpful when trying to return the product and have strung things out so it ends up being too late to return the item. The bed came from within the UK but they want it returned to Australia!!

I have ordered a calming pet bed and… I have ordered a calming pet bed and was very disappointed when it arrived. The bed has very flimsy stuffing in the bottom of the bed. I have requested a refund and was asked to send photos of their product. Have sent the photos and now they are ignoring my emails about a refund. My gut is telling me I won't get the refund, after reading the reviews here. The product looks nothing like what's on their website. I have a 12yr old female that was suppose to get a comfortable bed and what I have received is not the case. Avoid don't waste your money. Wish I had seen these review before I purchased the bed.

BEWARE BEWARE! horrible experience I ordered 2 beds and they did not match what they show on the site. So i asked for a return and they ignored my emails.I got in touch with my bank as I have insurance. Afew days later I get a terrible threatening message from buddies pet shop. They then go tell the back that they sent me a return label which they never did. All i got was an email much later saying my email went to spam. Avoid avoid. Just a terrible experience. Don’t know who they are in business.
