GBI ordered a product as a gift 6 weeks… I ordered a product as a gift 6 weeks ago and followed up on it. I received an email from Jessica Miller Jessica Miller--the Customer Support Team Manager. The email asked my if I was a BLANK (F word) idiot--and said that I had done a charge back on the order and also said that she would report me to the fraud department. I called my credit card company and I did NOT do a charge back. I am completely blown away by the rudeness of Jessica Miller. I would highly recommend looking somewhere else and NEVER use Designed by Memories.

GBIF YOU ALREADY PURCHASED FROM THEM YOU… IF YOU ALREADY PURCHASED FROM THEM YOU ARE SCREWED! It appears to be a small mama pop organization that outsources to China or some other country. This past month they seem to have been hit with delays and canceled orders and are panicking. One of the customer service reps, Jessica Miller, threatens legal action and insults you when you try to find out where your product is. They tout 5 to 7 days to ship And everyone who is leaving messages like me has waited over 30 days. I have attempted to cancel my order with no guarantee I will get a refund so I am working with my bank to do a chargeback. By the looks of things this company will be out of business soon. However there are still people out there who are enamored with this type of artwork. Do your research! Avoid these clowns

Managers response as I have still not got my portrait. We literally resent the delay email, you're being ridiculous. GBSCAM ALERT!!! Designed by Memories appears to have disappointed many within the last several months. I’m guessing someone new took over or they just stopped caring. I’ve placed many orders from them in the past and have always been pleased with the product and receipt of product time-frame. Not this time; order #7102124 was purchased February 18th and to date I’ve received no product and no tracking information despite numerous requests for tracking and shipping details. Jessica Miller is the only person responding to emails it seems and claims to be the customer support team manager. If this information is true then I would also say, BUYER BEWARE - take your business elsewhere! Incredibly poor customer service and the team manager is rude as can be. It’s unfortunate that this company has started 2024 out by stealing money from people and disappointing with no product deliveries. I’m pretty sure the business is going under and they’re just taking people’s money at this point. Spare yourself the headache and do business with a trusted company.

GBIt appears I’m having the same trouble… It appears I’m having the same trouble with my order place mid February. And it appears the same, nasty attitude manager, Jessica Miller, has other complaints from other customers. I had used them before and had absolutely no problem and it was beautiful work. Thought I would order again for a friend whose furbaby crossed the rainbow bridge at the time of my order. Such a disappointment and tonight I canceled the order. Will never use again and will discourage my friends and family who I told them about this company to never ever use. What a difference in customer service and receiving your order in a timely manner in over year when I last ordered.
