Was looking for a unique wedding gift… Was looking for a unique wedding gift idea to accompany a cash gift. Felt that a Designed By Memories portrait would be perfect. A watercolor canvas was created from one of the couple’s business trip photos where they got engaged. The folks at DBM tweaked the design to my request and also took care of my ordering oversight without any problems. Friendly, helpful and accommodating. I think this beautiful canvas will be a nice addition to the couple’s home.

Lots of promises but no delivery. I ordered a very special picture for a relative that passed away in March. I have been waiting almost two months to receive itm My first update from the company said there was a shipping delay. The second update said I would receive a tracking number within the week. never got it They are taking Mother's Day orders so I asked how they can promise mothers days orders on time of they still have finished March orders at the end of April. They never responded. When i asked for an update again they said they couldn't provide the tracking number. I will be contacting Pay Pal and asking for refund. So disappointed .

SCAM ALERT!!! Designed by Memories appears to have disappointed many within the last several months. I’m guessing someone new took over or they just stopped caring. I’ve placed many orders from them in the past and have always been pleased with the product and receipt of product time-frame. Not this time; order #7102124 was purchased February 18th and to date I’ve received no product and no tracking information despite numerous requests for tracking and shipping details. Jessica Miller is the only person responding to emails it seems and claims to be the customer support team manager. If this information is true then I would also say, BUYER BEWARE - take your business elsewhere! Incredibly poor customer service and the team manager is rude as can be. It’s unfortunate that this company has started 2024 out by stealing money from people and disappointing with no product deliveries. I’m pretty sure the business is going under and they’re just taking people’s money at this point. Spare yourself the headache and do business with a trusted company.

The best ever!! If there were 10 star reviews I would… If there were 10 star reviews I would choose that. That’s what they deserve!! From the beginning the customer service was exemplary! Then the canvas “painting” came. I cried happy tears. The picture was of our first 2 dogs together!!!! So beautiful!! I ordered a portrait of my best friends grandchildren for her birthday! Order with confidence!!
