Do not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company. Very poor customer service from Jessica Miller. Very insulting. they say they will sue me for theft because they shipped my canvas print but never received. I turned the problem over to my credit card company, who is investigating this company. My order was placed the end of January and never received.

Buyer beware I'm on day 28 since order date. Like many other reviews I was told order shipped but there is no tracking number. I have sent 4 email requests asking for any sort of update and they simply won't respond anymore. 1/31/2024 EDIT: Today I received my order. I will give credit where credit is due and I will acknowledge the product is excellent. I'm very happy with the canvas print I recieved. It took more than a month to recieve and was worth the wait but it would be far better for everyone involved to be straight forward from the beginning about order times. Customer service response time could also improve.

Lots of promises but no delivery. I ordered a very special picture for a relative that passed away in March. I have been waiting almost two months to receive itm My first update from the company said there was a shipping delay. The second update said I would receive a tracking number within the week. never got it They are taking Mother's Day orders so I asked how they can promise mothers days orders on time of they still have finished March orders at the end of April. They never responded. When i asked for an update again they said they couldn't provide the tracking number. I will be contacting Pay Pal and asking for refund. So disappointed .

The best ever!! If there were 10 star reviews I would… If there were 10 star reviews I would choose that. That’s what they deserve!! From the beginning the customer service was exemplary! Then the canvas “painting” came. I cried happy tears. The picture was of our first 2 dogs together!!!! So beautiful!! I ordered a portrait of my best friends grandchildren for her birthday! Order with confidence!!

IF YOU ALREADY PURCHASED FROM THEM YOU… IF YOU ALREADY PURCHASED FROM THEM YOU ARE SCREWED! It appears to be a small mama pop organization that outsources to China or some other country. This past month they seem to have been hit with delays and canceled orders and are panicking. One of the customer service reps, Jessica Miller, threatens legal action and insults you when you try to find out where your product is. They tout 5 to 7 days to ship And everyone who is leaving messages like me has waited over 30 days. I have attempted to cancel my order with no guarantee I will get a refund so I am working with my bank to do a chargeback. By the looks of things this company will be out of business soon. However there are still people out there who are enamored with this type of artwork. Do your research! Avoid these clowns
