Plaque Was Bent The web site for ordering was great. It was good to be able to okay the proof before the order was made. The plaque was on time in delivery, but when I opened the package the plaque was bent. It has a little ripple in it. As it is metal I am not sure how to flatten it out. Because of this, the final product was okay, not great.

Shipping quality control issues Performed a small rush order for a single 4x2 stainless tag with overnight early A.M. shipping. Delivery was on time at 8 A.M. today, but shipping cardboard was empty and contained zero product other than air. Due to the time sensitive nature a second shipment has been dispatched, but I currently have no idea whether I will actually receive the product at 8 A.M. for a scheduled 12 P.M. public speaking event tomorrow with venue picked and speech written, or if this company is full of air. The online graphics design suite was industry leading and allowed transparency background delete, and they worked with me regarding early morning proofs and same-day shipping on Monday morning. I just haven't seen the physical product yet and this is going on 1 day late, for a 9x product to shipping cost order.

Nice Slab, Cheap Stand The granite slab was very nice and just what I ordered. I was disappointed with the stand however. I expected the riser (tube) to be more substantial, 1 1/2 " or 2" tubing not 1".

Best friends' memorial After a hand-made plaque deteriorated after many years outdoors, we decided to replace our memorial to our beloved pets with a brass one from PlaqueMaker.com. The poem we used reproduced beautifully, the web site was easy to manipulate and the cost was reasonable. The company was very helpful and the product is just as I had envisioned.
