Best friends' memorial After a hand-made plaque deteriorated after many years outdoors, we decided to replace our memorial to our beloved pets with a brass one from PlaqueMaker.com. Plaque Was Bent The web site for ordering was great. It was good to be able to okay the proof before the order was made. The plaque was on time in delivery, but when I opened the package the plaque was bent. It has a little ripple in it. As it is metal I am not sure how to flatten it out. Because of this, the final product was okay, not great.

Need to make sure proof is what you want! The plaque turned out great after a few rounds of redesign. Speaking as a graphic designer, the program to design was not very intuitive. What I had designed was changed on the proof, so I had to go about asking for things to be done as I had requested. In the end, the plaques looked very nice and my boss loved the results.
