Someone dropped the ball on the instructions I had submitted online with my order and it was delayed about a week and a half. But the guy who fixed it was so personable and put a rush on my orders so I would receive them before my deadline. My brass cemetery plaque and my black granite plaque were as well done as commemoratives that cost twice as much. Exactly what I wanted, for a really decent price.

Need to make sure proof is what you want! The plaque turned out great after a few rounds of redesign. Speaking as a graphic designer, the program to design was not very intuitive. What I had designed was changed on the proof, so I had to go about asking for things to be done as I had requested. In the end, the plaques looked very nice and my boss loved the results.

Great product- fast service - fair cost This is a great way to put together a top quality product. I used their online tool after selecting a gorgoeus dedication plaque and one of their designers had a mock up copy in a pdf format for me to approve within 30 minutes. I was a bit nervous on what the plaque would actually look like and it far exceeded my expectatons when it arrived. All this for a very fair and reasonable cost.

granite marker The engraving could be a bit more defined. The quality of the granite marker is great and the color is a true black. The customer service was excellent.
