Non delivery Placed an order, card charged the same day, order confirmation sent to be by email. Have been in contact to query tracking and expected delivery date to receive an email telling me I have received and signed for my delivery and to check with neighbours or delivery company. I don't have neighbours!! They also, despite requests, won't give me the supposed delivery company information so that I can chase up delivery. Any emails I am sending now aren't getting any response at all. Hugely disappointed and will be reporting transaction to my bank to investigate.

Best customer service I have expieranced. I judge things by when accidents happen and how the company responds. Yes the wrong item was sent but the customer service was on the ball and fixed the issue.I would absolutely buy AND refer this company.

No delivery. No customer service. You said you delivered. You didn't. When I try to go figure out where, or why there is no information. If I had known this was a Chinese company, I would have steered clear. I can't stand this lack of accountability and thievery.
