CAFraud in more ways than one Ordered a slanted jigsaw puzzle board in good faith in early August. Received an order confirmation but no updates or tracking information. Follows up and they sent me bogus tracking information that showed a package going from China to Canada and through customs in three days, which isn’t possible have asked for a refund but not optimistic. Stay away from this company and this product.

GBSomeone Not Paying Attention! I asked Novelty Place if they could do a special order for me where an item was all one color. I was encouraged to send them an order directly rather than ordering on Amazon, which I did. While it was explained to me that due to USPS delivery times being delayed it did NOT help that when I got my order it was the STANDARD and not special order I requested. When I asked them to fix it I was told, 'Oh, for that kind of order you'd have to order in quantity.' As a customer service rep myself for over 11 years somebody did NOT know what was going on here. The only saving grace was that I did not need to return the order and my charge was refunded.

GBI ordered a jigsaw table in August I ordered a jigsaw table in August, and still not received it. They sent me a tracking number, but says has been delivered. I have not received it and neither has my neighbours got. BIG SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

GBI received an order confirmation I received an order confirmation. They charged my credit card and every day I get,an email asking me to complete my purchase. I've emailed them 4 times and no response but they manage to take my money appalled at this service 😬

GBBest customer service I have expieranced. I judge things by when accidents happen and how the company responds. Yes the wrong item was sent but the customer service was on the ball and fixed the issue.I would absolutely buy AND refer this company.
