GBSomeone Not Paying Attention! I asked Novelty Place if they could do a special order for me where an item was all one color. I was encouraged to send them an order directly rather than ordering on Amazon, which I did. While it was explained to me that due to USPS delivery times being delayed it did NOT help that when I got my order it was the STANDARD and not special order I requested. When I asked them to fix it I was told, 'Oh, for that kind of order you'd have to order in quantity.' As a customer service rep myself for over 11 years somebody did NOT know what was going on here. The only saving grace was that I did not need to return the order and my charge was refunded.

GBDONT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY! I have not received my jigsaw table which I ordered in August over 2 months ago. Having now read the other reviews I feel a complete fool. I notice they don't bother to reply to any of the people who had a similar experience to me. There are some good reviews, I suspect these are posted fraudulently but you can't hide the overwhelming truth. Don't give them any more money

GBQuick hand fix I have old looking hands. The veins pop out terribly! Along with a purple side streak in my hair the short purple gloves will work. It goes with my personality. The other colors are also neat!

AUSCAM SCAM.SCAM… No Order recieved even though they are telling me it was delivered . Keep asking me to either wait or that they are waiting to hear from logistics. It's one excuse after another. It's an absolute scam , take your money and you recieve nothing. Purchased beginning of August.

GBBest customer service I have expieranced. I judge things by when accidents happen and how the company responds. Yes the wrong item was sent but the customer service was on the ball and fixed the issue.I would absolutely buy AND refer this company.
