Great Purchase! My first shopping experience with Novelty Place was great! The microphones were s hit!

Someone Not Paying Attention! I asked Novelty Place if they could do a special order for me where an item was all one color. I was encouraged to send them an order directly rather than ordering on Amazon, which I did. While it was explained to me that due to USPS delivery times being delayed it did NOT help that when I got my order it was the STANDARD and not special order I requested. When I asked them to fix it I was told, 'Oh, for that kind of order you'd have to order in quantity.' As a customer service rep myself for over 11 years somebody did NOT know what was going on here. The only saving grace was that I did not need to return the order and my charge was refunded.

Good product The gift arrived in a timely manner. The item looked exactly as pictured. The recipient was thrilled with the punching bag, and played with it for hours.

e on 22nd I order something on this site on 22nd July 2023,and now the 21st September. And they say go to your post office to check .post office say they can't find the tracking number anywhere. Novelty say its been delivered. But I have ring door bell .so I know by looking at my videos no one has been to mine to deliver. So don't order from this company
