GBI received an order confirmation I received an order confirmation. They charged my credit card and every day I get,an email asking me to complete my purchase. I've emailed them 4 times and no response but they manage to take my money appalled at this service 😬

GBNo delivery. No customer service. You said you delivered. You didn't. When I try to go figure out where, or why there is no information. If I had known this was a Chinese company, I would have steered clear. I can't stand this lack of accountability and thievery.

CABeautiful looking little candles! Purchased 12 pack battery operated votive candles. They look very cool and romantic when turned on! Will definitely be buying more soon! The price is also great and well worth it!

GBSomeone Not Paying Attention! I asked Novelty Place if they could do a special order for me where an item was all one color. I was encouraged to send them an order directly rather than ordering on Amazon, which I did. While it was explained to me that due to USPS delivery times being delayed it did NOT help that when I got my order it was the STANDARD and not special order I requested. When I asked them to fix it I was told, 'Oh, for that kind of order you'd have to order in quantity.' As a customer service rep myself for over 11 years somebody did NOT know what was going on here. The only saving grace was that I did not need to return the order and my charge was refunded.
