GBSomeone Not Paying Attention! I asked Novelty Place if they could do a special order for me where an item was all one color. I was encouraged to send them an order directly rather than ordering on Amazon, which I did. While it was explained to me that due to USPS delivery times being delayed it did NOT help that when I got my order it was the STANDARD and not special order I requested. When I asked them to fix it I was told, 'Oh, for that kind of order you'd have to order in quantity.' As a customer service rep myself for over 11 years somebody did NOT know what was going on here. The only saving grace was that I did not need to return the order and my charge was refunded.

GBI received an order confirmation I received an order confirmation. They charged my credit card and every day I get,an email asking me to complete my purchase. I've emailed them 4 times and no response but they manage to take my money appalled at this service đŸ˜¬
