GBBest customer service I have expieranced. I judge things by when accidents happen and how the company responds. Yes the wrong item was sent but the customer service was on the ball and fixed the issue.I would absolutely buy AND refer this company.

GBe on 22nd I order something on this site on 22nd July 2023,and now the 21st September. And they say go to your post office to check .post office say they can't find the tracking number anywhere. Novelty say its been delivered. But I have ring door bell .so I know by looking at my videos no one has been to mine to deliver. So don't order from this company

GBBeen waiting 6 weeks for order. No up date on order. No response when trying to get in touch with co. Ordered jigsaw puzzle table on July 9th. After a phone call to company and given an email (which was denied) and several messages to your company, I have received no correspondence back from you. Order #1141. Paid $59.99. I would like some response. Or return money. My new step is to the bank and Better Business Bureau. I would think you would have more consideration for customers. At least an update.

GBNon delivery Placed an order, card charged the same day, order confirmation sent to be by email. Have been in contact to query tracking and expected delivery date to receive an email telling me I have received and signed for my delivery and to check with neighbours or delivery company. I don't have neighbours!! They also, despite requests, won't give me the supposed delivery company information so that I can chase up delivery. Any emails I am sending now aren't getting any response at all. Hugely disappointed and will be reporting transaction to my bank to investigate.

GBSomeone Not Paying Attention! I asked Novelty Place if they could do a special order for me where an item was all one color. I was encouraged to send them an order directly rather than ordering on Amazon, which I did. While it was explained to me that due to USPS delivery times being delayed it did NOT help that when I got my order it was the STANDARD and not special order I requested. When I asked them to fix it I was told, 'Oh, for that kind of order you'd have to order in quantity.' As a customer service rep myself for over 11 years somebody did NOT know what was going on here. The only saving grace was that I did not need to return the order and my charge was refunded.
