GBI have much the same story as other… I have much the same story as other reviewers I ordered a jigsaw table in late July. having waited a monIth I emailed them, Thay said just wail a few more days.... three weeks on I sent another email enquiring where my order was. I was told that accordlng to their records it had bee delivered. it has not.I asked for proof of delivery. knowing full well they would nor be able to provide any, currently waiting pn logostics,,,TOTAL SDAMMERS. Do not buy from tjem/

GBBeen waiting 6 weeks for order. No up date on order. No response when trying to get in touch with co. Ordered jigsaw puzzle table on July 9th. After a phone call to company and given an email (which was denied) and several messages to your company, I have received no correspondence back from you. Order #1141. Paid $59.99. I would like some response. Or return money. My new step is to the bank and Better Business Bureau. I would think you would have more consideration for customers. At least an update.

GBNon delivery Placed an order, card charged the same day, order confirmation sent to be by email. Have been in contact to query tracking and expected delivery date to receive an email telling me I have received and signed for my delivery and to check with neighbours or delivery company. I don't have neighbours!! They also, despite requests, won't give me the supposed delivery company information so that I can chase up delivery. Any emails I am sending now aren't getting any response at all. Hugely disappointed and will be reporting transaction to my bank to investigate.

GBif i could give zero stars i would I ordered 4 weeks ago and received a confirmation and my credit card was charged. I emailed them for a tracking number last week. I was told it was not their store and send more info. then i was told they lost my order. After numerous emails to customer service and giving them complete information I’m getting no response. Worse service. They should not be in business.
