Painful, but have to tell my 10 year old , NO REPLY Wow I'm sitting here scared and hurt already after reading all these reviews, I ordered my daughter a doll from this company without reading the reviews first , and it's been sometime now , that I should have the doll because my baby birthday is in 2 days , now I emailed them and received a auto message back , NOW I'm afraid that I'm gonna have to look my daughter in her face and tell her there's no doll and she dont have know present to open . Dayana/Saskia Doll Sculpt Dayana/Saskia sculpt was ordered 3/22/20 and received 4/21/20. Doll sculpt matches photo and hair is rooted. Hair different from photo (non ethnic) though brown. Legs had to be attached since mine is all vinyl (no biggie) and says that in description. Only cloth body vinyl limbs do not require assembly. Estimated 15 days from order date to process and same estimated time frame for shipping. A tracking number is given when ready to ship. Price range around American Girl Doll and less than resin ball joint dolls. Adorable sculpt and love this doll.

This Website is full of it… Do not buy from this website or company. I ordered a reborn on July 3 or 4th and it supposedly shipped out the next day, however last update was July 11, 2020 I have not received any new information nor have I received my reborn. This company has no idea where my order/package is and I am convinced all agents are robots. I am going to request my money back. I learned a lesson.

Super soft skin like material and realistic hair make people do a double take when my daughter is walking around town with her new baby doll. She loves it

I couldn’t give it zero stars!!! DO NOT BUY!! I couldn’t give it zero stars , that’s why it has 1... We ordered the 22inch boy doll named Andy . My 5 year old daughter worked so hard doing chores and being so good to be able to get her first reborn ... First , it took 2 months to get and we got it today and I am livid..... it looks absolutely, positively, NOTHING AT ALL like baby Andy in the picture that we thought we were buying.. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied for purchasing a doll that cost over $100 and for it to look like this... This is just absolutely ridiculous!!!! I will get my money back. Why is this place even in business . I just wish I would have read the reviews before I purchased this..
