DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PAGE!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERCICE AND AFTER 101 DAYS I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER. I have placed order for two paintings on 27th March. On 31st March received an email that paintings are dispatched. Today is 5th July and I still haven't received those paintings in value of 85$. Its been exactly 101 day(s) of waiting. When contacted customer support and asking when can I expect them, their excuse is Covid 19 (numerous times). When I asked for refund as well numerous times they were ignoring my emails and email address on web page is not correct as well. In past couple of weeks I was ordering items from Wish and Aliexpress (and everybody knows it takes months to arrive) all arrived before those paintings. And by reading this reviews now it seems like I am not the only one who hasn't received purchased order. If you are smart you will not order anything from this page. I have attached some pictures. Don't buy!! Don't buy!!! Ordered weeks ago and still don't have my items. I canceled my order legal (and staying in their companies terms and conditions) and wanted my money refunded. Sime days later suddenly my order was shipped... Now I'm just receiving standardized e-mails saying my items are shipped. I ask to talk to a manager or supervisor but nothing... sounds like a job for my lawyer. Don't buy!!!

Scam Scam! not a good company. I ordered early April 2020 and after a few weeks I received a tracking email which never showed any activity. I've emailed numerous times and received one response saying that "due to Covid, there will be delays" and then i sent several more emails with no response. The latest response from them was received early June 2020 and they gave a NEW tracking that still has not changed. I went ahead and reported the company disputed the charge with Paypal.

I ordered 3 paintings from… I ordered 3 paintings from allpaintbynumbers.com on 4/10/20. Understand this is in the middle of the covid 19 crisis. My paintings should have arrived latest 5/25/20. That is processing time + 45 days for shipping. I was never able to track my shipping, although I received an email with tracking links. I used all methods of tracking with no results. I sent in 3 separate communications using both Email & messages off their website for contact. In each communication, I gave order numbers and a way to reach me. I have not heard back from any of my requests for information concerning my orders. Today I placed a dispute with my credit card used to place the orders. The company is out of stated to be out of New York on the website. Any response would have been greeted with appreciation and understanding. I believe this company may be a scam.

I placed an order on 28th April & there… I placed an order on 28th April & there has been no updates on shipment. I even opted for the ‘Special Shipping’ option. Emailed them on 8th May but no reply yet. Hopefully it’s just due to the covid-19 period thus resulting in a delay....
