Top notch customer service and quality product Outstanding customer service! I needed a change to my order and they responded quickly and sent the correct size spinning reel. The product itself operates smooth and I’m excited to take it out on the water.

Like the style Like the style. However, do not like the material. Sorry I purchased. Would return if possible. Will not wear. Very pleased with all the other products I have purchased from Pascifun. As discussed in previous review. I will not wear the garment purchased. All other products purchased are great and will continue to purchase products as needed. Would like directions on how to return garmet purchased. Fishing shorts.

1 2 3 great reels! The reels I bought are unique to piscifun in that they have the high line capacity, retrieve speed and drag tension in a low profile design. No other manufacturer that I'm aware of combines all three. Also what appears to be, for the price, a very well built reel.

Received viper 2000 as promised ,a day… Received viper 2000 as promised ,a day earlier than expected on delivery, reel has very smooth function's ,and a great price haven't had a chance to use it fishing yet but I'm sure it will work just fine .

Excellent rod This is a 5 star review. The rod looks like excellent quality and feel great. The best part of this review is the customer service. There was an issue with the shipping but the problem was resolved after I contacted customer service. They responded promptly to my e-mail and was able to ship me a another rod. This is the way all companies should treat their customers.
