I've had no more issues with anything from Piscifun than any other tings I own, and the couple minor issues I've had have been solved quickly and easily, they just reply to email in the middle of night instead of the day.

Customer service does not return calls… I order a reel using my credit card and received with no problems. A week later I submitted another order for two reels using same card. Next day I received a fraud alert and email stating I needed to send a pic of my credit card in order for them to further process order. I called customer service, received a voice message. I left a message asking for a return call and explanation. I have heard nothing from them

I am very happy with all the Piscifun… I am very happy with all the Piscifun products I have purchased so far…I believe I now have 10 Chaos 60’s, one rod, two small baitcasters and one spinning reel…I’m sure there will be more..I also believe I have turned on 5 or 6 people to your brand and they are all loving the goods!

1 2 3 great reels! The reels I bought are unique to piscifun in that they have the high line capacity, retrieve speed and drag tension in a low profile design. No other manufacturer that I'm aware of combines all three. Also what appears to be, for the price, a very well built reel.

Purchased a few Chaos 60s and an ice… Purchased a few Chaos 60s and an ice suit. Very surprised at the quality of all of the products. The suit has all the features of suit 3x the price. Super warm, easy on and off, tons of pockets, waterproof. The reels cast great, smooth drag and I caught my personal best blue at 96 lbs on one.
