Customer service does not return calls… I order a reel using my credit card and received with no problems. A week later I submitted another order for two reels using same card. Next day I received a fraud alert and email stating I needed to send a pic of my credit card in order for them to further process order. I called customer service, received a voice message. I left a message asking for a return call and explanation. I have heard nothing from them

Like the style Like the style. However, do not like the material. Sorry I purchased. Would return if possible. Will not wear. Very pleased with all the other products I have purchased from Pascifun. As discussed in previous review. I will not wear the garment purchased. All other products purchased are great and will continue to purchase products as needed. Would like directions on how to return garmet purchased. Fishing shorts.

This is my second reel which is the… This is my second reel which is the auric 3000 spinning reel on par or above with the pen fierce ! My first real was the carbon x 2 which is a great reel definitely satisfied with both smoothness, Drag consistency , I fish saltwater and when I get back from the day I rinse with fresh water and not have a problem since . About every fifth time out I take the handle off and put a couple of drops on each side of oil.

I am very happy with all the Piscifun… I am very happy with all the Piscifun products I have purchased so far…I believe I now have 10 Chaos 60’s, one rod, two small baitcasters and one spinning reel…I’m sure there will be more..I also believe I have turned on 5 or 6 people to your brand and they are all loving the goods!

Just what the fish ordered First things first, if we're writing about the website itself, then I would say. It's easy to maneuver around, very self-explanatory. If we're writing about the products, then I would have to say. The items that I have ordered through the website are phenomenal; I have caught some big chunky bass on the rod & reel combos I have. I can not complain about anything because my items haven't failed me.i recommend their Torrent rod & reels anytime.
