Excellent rod This is a 5 star review. The rod looks like excellent quality and feel great. The best part of this review is the customer service. There was an issue with the shipping but the problem was resolved after I contacted customer service. They responded promptly to my e-mail and was able to ship me a another rod. This is the way all companies should treat their customers.

Customer service does not return calls… I order a reel using my credit card and received with no problems. A week later I submitted another order for two reels using same card. Next day I received a fraud alert and email stating I needed to send a pic of my credit card in order for them to further process order. I called customer service, received a voice message. I left a message asking for a return call and explanation. I have heard nothing from them

Ordered the ice fishing bibs and… Ordered the ice fishing bibs and jacket. They were shipped out super fast,next day I believe. I received them in undamaged boxes and used them same day. Super warm and well thought out, reflective strips for night time visibility pockets in all the right spots and seem very well made. Definitely believe they easily compete w top brands at double n triple the price!!! Highly recommend!!!
