Very good customer service Very good customer service. I ordered something that I thought was something else and the owner emailed me to clarify before filling and shipping the order. Once the clarification was made I ordered the correct components and he refunded my previous order that was incorrect. These guys know their product which is phenomenal quality and they know their customers. Great job fella’s!

Excellent quality Excellent quality. I was wary as I could not find too many reviews but the entire experience was awesome. The quality of the SS solvent trap is great, shipping was less than a week to MO, and packaging was on point. Cannot say enough how pleased I am. I will definitely be buying another soon.

return process is a nightmare they are nice products and well made but ensure you order the correct one. i have been trying to complete a return for over a month and no one will get back to me with return instruction or give me a address where i can ship the unwanted product, in order to complete a exchange. i am even willing to pay for the shipping and the re-stocking fee, and only want to exchange a product for another lighter one.
