The quality of the SS solvent trap is great, shipping was less than a week to MO, and packaging was on point. Cannot say enough how pleased I am. I will definitely be buying another soon.

Order was incomplete because a part was… Order was incomplete because a part was the wrong size. After several emails and photographs of the defective part and a month later I still have received a part that will work. Avoid these people. And yes I do have all the emails to support my frustration!

Very good customer service Very good customer service. I ordered something that I thought was something else and the owner emailed me to clarify before filling and shipping the order. Once the clarification was made I ordered the correct components and he refunded my previous order that was incorrect. These guys know their product which is phenomenal quality and they know their customers. Great job fella’s!

Better forget about it This is a Chinese manufacturer and distributor. The Grade 5 titanium unit purchased blew up after a little over 100 cycles. Literally the biggest waste of money I’ve ever experienced. On top of that they originally sent me the wrong product and I received a product worth 3-4 times less then what was ordered and was incompatible with anything I needed it to be. You’re better off not buying one of these at all.
