Better forget about it This is a Chinese manufacturer and distributor. The Grade 5 titanium unit purchased blew up after a little over 100 cycles. Literally the biggest waste of money I’ve ever experienced. On top of that they originally sent me the wrong product and I received a product worth 3-4 times less then what was ordered and was incompatible with anything I needed it to be. You’re better off not buying one of these at all.

Only thing better than customer service… Only thing better than customer service is a product itself!!! Everything was as said it was an exceeded my expectations!!!! Have purchased several items and will continue to do so!

Customer service before receiving the product So I haven't received the product yet. The reason being I placed the order to get this for my Dad for his birthday. I ordered a corresponding piece to go with this solvent trap. Few days later I notice it's still processing so I shoot a email. Kyle messages me that night through email and says he will get it taken care of tomorrow because my dad's b day is coming up soon. The next day he sends me a email that one I chose wouldn't work with the corresponding piece would you like this other one that will work perfectly with it. Which in my opinion is better than the one I purchased for no up charge. Now I that is what I call customer service. He knows his products and what with go with what and he reached out to let me know and took care of me to the fullest extent. I know my dad is going to be super happy. Part came fast but unfortunately it did… Part came fast but unfortunately it did not fit my DM tube 1.500 Titanium Tube x 1.375 ID Threads are 24 TPI. It appears each manufacturer has a different tube. This would definitely not hold solvent in the tube, and I lost the original endcap. It appears you have trouble mixing and trying to match different manufacturers threads. Current manufacturer no longer makes these parts. It never worked well for cleaning anyway.
