They are not cheap knock-offs, the quality is first-rate. I have had problems with a couple of orders over the past several years, and customer service has always been super responsive and helpful. This probably means more to me than the quality of the product does. Great service is hard to find and sure appreciate it when I do.

I bought the 75qt cooler for camping… I bought the 75qt cooler for camping and to take on the pontoon, and it’s by far the best cooler I’ve purchased to this day. Found that it holds ice best when you pre-cool it with 2 bags of ice for about an hour. Held ice for 4 days while sitting in the sun and opening a good bit. Make sure to purchase the American Flag 🇺🇸 decal for the lid, because I’m sure it helps keep the ice a couple days longer 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

We needed a cooler for our summer… We needed a cooler for our summer baseball games to save money buying food and drinks. I only ordered the coolers Friday night, late...and they are being delivered Sunday evening. Thank you for the rapid response as we live in Missouri and last Wednesday it snowed but next Wednesday it could be 100. We're going to need it soon.

I absolutely love this tumbler I absolutely love this tumbler. It is very well made and completely leakproof, even when upside down. It is 94 degrees outside today and held my ice water perfectly the entire day. When I sucked the last drop of water out six hours after I got there ice was still plentiful in the cup.

Great product, great customer service, would recommend to anyone Extremely high quality cooler--took a while to find the right soft sided cooler made in the US. Spent 8 hours on the Florida beach for July 4th, 12 cans, 10 lbs of ice, and almost no melting of the ice while the drinks were even colder than they were in my fridge. Shoulder strap broke on the first use, but the warranty team immediately shipped out a new one for me. Great product, great customer service.
