Great product and great support Great product and great support. I have multiple Bison products and they work for me every bit as well as the "name brand" for a much lower price point. They are not cheap knock-offs, the quality is first-rate. I have had problems with a couple of orders over the past several years, and customer service has always been super responsive and helpful. This probably means more to me than the quality of the product does. Great service is hard to find and sure appreciate it when I do.

Great cooler Heard about the Bison 24 can soft cooler from my son who purchased one. My grandson plays on a travel baseball team - usually Friday through Sunday tournaments. I packed the new cooler with cold packs, drinks, and other snacks needing refrigeration on Friday afternoon. By Sunday afternoon, the cooler still had ice in it and the drinks that were left were still ice cold. The cooler is a little pricey, but so far, not at all disappointing. I would recommend getting one.

I have owned 4 Bison coolers since… I have owned 4 Bison coolers since shortly after they went into business and have ordered accessories, most recently some replacement drain plugs. I could not be more pleased with their products and their excellent customer service!

I absolutely love this tumbler I absolutely love this tumbler. It is very well made and completely leakproof, even when upside down. It is 94 degrees outside today and held my ice water perfectly the entire day. When I sucked the last drop of water out six hours after I got there ice was still plentiful in the cup.

Bison 22oz coffee mug Love my Bison 22oz coffee mug it keeps my drink hot for far longer then needed and when my lid broke (because I muscled it to much) I was disappointed but I was relieved to find well priced replacements on their website. Low and behold within a few days my replacements arrived promptly.
