I have owned 4 Bison coolers since… I have owned 4 Bison coolers since shortly after they went into business and have ordered accessories, most recently some replacement drain plugs. I could not be more pleased with their products and their excellent customer service!

Gen 2 Lid=New O-Ring that is a Winner I ordered a replacement Gen2 lid for one of my Bison travel mugs as the one I had was pretty worn and leaking without great effort. The replacement lid has a new (to me) design o-ring that is tapered, unlike the older version that was squared. The new design seals much easier and far more effective than the older design.

Ordered the cooler and got the cooler… Ordered the cooler and got the cooler quickly. Great experience there. When I inspected the cooler, I was impressed with the insulating materials. Also the workmanship. Looks like a serious upgrade over what I have been using. I haven't had the chance to actually use the cooler yet, but I think it will absolutely do the job. Thus far, I'm pleased.

My family has been using Bison Coolers… My family has been using Bison Coolers for over five years now. They are well made, and they really do keep cold stuff cold and hot stuff hot. We keep ordering them to give as gifts, and we're about to order several to use as prizes in a fundraiser for St. Jude's Children's Hospital. My wife just wishes you had a hot pink 32 oz tumbler!

Great cooler Heard about the Bison 24 can soft cooler from my son who purchased one. My grandson plays on a travel baseball team - usually Friday through Sunday tournaments. I packed the new cooler with cold packs, drinks, and other snacks needing refrigeration on Friday afternoon. By Sunday afternoon, the cooler still had ice in it and the drinks that were left were still ice cold. The cooler is a little pricey, but so far, not at all disappointing. I would recommend getting one.
