GBWe love our Bison coolers We love our Bison coolers. All 3 of them. The only reason that I have a 4 instead of a 5 is due to the absence of decent discounts. Especially for repeat customers. There seems to be 5% and discounts for friends, but there should be discounts for loyal customers. Repeat business and multiple coolers should have the opportunity for discounts . 10% and 20% for loyalty would be greatly appreciated , create brand loyalty and incentivize more purchases.

GBI would've rated my web shopping… I would've rated my web shopping experience higher as I like the layout of site, however I needed to call to confirm the top opening on a cooler due to the images provided not being clear. GBGen 2 Lid=New O-Ring that is a Winner I ordered a replacement Gen2 lid for one of my Bison travel mugs as the one I had was pretty worn and leaking without great effort. The replacement lid has a new (to me) design o-ring that is tapered, unlike the older version that was squared. The new design seals much easier and far more effective than the older design.

GBBlock Party Success!~ We had a block party and needed plenty of ice. The afternoon before the event we filled our Bison 25 Quart cooler to the brim with bags of ice. and locked it down. The next afternoon there was barely any melting, still all cubes. The party was Friday evening. It's Monday late and I'm still tossing my beers in there to get them frosty for tomorrow! Still ice in the cooler after repeatedly being opened in warm temperatures. It's a wonderful product and we are very Impressed. Cheers!!

GBWe needed a cooler for our summer… We needed a cooler for our summer baseball games to save money buying food and drinks. I only ordered the coolers Friday night, late...and they are being delivered Sunday evening. Thank you for the rapid response as we live in Missouri and last Wednesday it snowed but next Wednesday it could be 100. We're going to need it soon.
