Great product and customer service. I got the rod reel combo and was excited to try it out. It was pretty good, as I'm trying to re-learn how to throw a baitcaster after 30 years. On my first outing with it, my son broke off the tip of the rod by slamming it in the car door. I emailed support and asked them how much would it cost for them to send me the part of the rod that broke off. They sent me a new rod! Thank you Tailored Tackle!

Great customer service and a quick response! There was a slight problem with the reel. I contacted the company and the sent a replacement reel quickly. I could not be happier with the product or the incredible customer service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!
