Great customer service and a quick response! There was a slight problem with the reel. I contacted the company and the sent a replacement reel quickly. I could not be happier with the product or the incredible customer service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Great Products, Great Customer Service! I haven’t fished since I was a kid. After researching on the web I ordered from Tailored Tackle. The rod and reel was top quality. The tackle kit came with a ton of stuff as well as great instructional guides. The website has helpful info and videos. After I realized I ordered the wrong line, I reached out and Ed comped me the correct line. I highly recommend these guys!
