Defective line Defective line. Not happy with the 30lb braid line. Snapped 3 times while casting. I’m going to have to buy quality US made line and replace the purchase.

Great customer service and a quick response! There was a slight problem with the reel. I contacted the company and the sent a replacement reel quickly. I could not be happier with the product or the incredible customer service. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Purchased Rod/Reel combo 10ft surf Rod Purchased Rod/Reel combo 10ft surf Rod. Used first time in Cape Hatteras Invitational Tournament. (Fish refused to cooperate). First time surf fishing so I'm certainly not the expert, but I am a seasoned freshwater angler. Combo is smooth and light but strong and sturdy. Thinking about a 12ft combo in near future.
