Great product and customer service. I got the rod reel combo and was excited to try it out. It was pretty good, as I'm trying to re-learn how to throw a baitcaster after 30 years. On my first outing with it, my son broke off the tip of the rod by slamming it in the car door. I emailed support and asked them how much would it cost for them to send me the part of the rod that broke off. They sent me a new rod! Thank you Tailored Tackle!

best online site i've used. i've ordered different stuff from different sites before, they always say in stock and then maybe two weeks later if i'm lucky it ships. tailored tackle however actually shipped next day so i'd use them again they're great. i ordered a surf pole for a vacation this summer and it's a great looking rod and reel combo i can't wait to finally use it.
