Right after they upgraded my shipping from standard shipping to next day air. For no reason other than to put a huge smile on my face. And let me tell you it worked. They've gone above and beyond answering the questions and requests that I have had for them. It's been almost a week and still have… It's been almost a week and still have not received a tracking number for an item purchased and bought thru Affirm which has already set up repayment schedule. Really shaky when you can't talk to anyone from NVGuys or Affirm and you get a bill before you even get the product. Something doesn't feel right about this whole arrangement. Will go elsewhere and make the purchase to a company that will actually talk with you. If I give my order number, Im sure they will treat me like dirt for being honest about their service.

Felix has gone above and beyond with regard to keeping me updated on my purchases, answering my questions, working with me to facilitate difficult orders, and educating me regarding the nuances of certain devices in comparison with others. I can't say enough how thankful I am for his help. In addition to this, after receiving a few products from them I can say they offer great equipment with impeccable performance. The night vision device I received came standard with a data sheet and as advertised, with extra equipment I was not privy to receiving prior to my purchase.
