5 Star Service I recently purchased a thermal scope from NVG and received the best service from them. My questions/concerns were answered very quickly (within minutes of sending an email). Felix was extremely helpful and patient with me while I figured out my issue. Thank you Felix and the NVG Team for helping me out. Definitely will be back.

And you can not beat the quality for the price, the military spec 3rd Gen NVG I bought from them would have been thousands more anywhere else and thus this was the only place I could afford them.

Product still not delivered Ordered the product in October 23 was told would arrive in 3 weeks. Three months later it finally shipped and FED EX delivered it to a wrong address (grocery store). In January said they were working with manufacturer to get replacement. It is now April and they said the same thing today as before. Still nothing even though they took my money. If I could rate lower I would.

Save yourself the time…. If you’re in the market for night vision, I'm gonna do you a huge favor and save you a ton of time. Just go straight to Night Vision Guys. They are simply the best. Best prices. Best Service, Best Selection. The nvg market is competitive and they really do set them selves apart from the rest. I just received my nvgs in the mail today. Right after they upgraded my shipping from standard shipping to next day air. For no reason other than to put a huge smile on my face. And let me tell you it worked. I saved a ton of $ going with these guys and I think you will too. Just check them out and you’ll see what I mean
