5 Star Company I have bought a couple different units from Night Vision Guys over the last 2 years. Extremely helpful customer service with fast responses. Products have come exactly as described. They've gone above and beyond answering the questions and requests that I have had for them. This company is great, I will be buying from them again in the near future and recommend them to everyone!

5 Star Service I recently purchased a thermal scope from NVG and received the best service from them. My questions/concerns were answered very quickly (within minutes of sending an email). Felix was extremely helpful and patient with me while I figured out my issue. Thank you Felix and the NVG Team for helping me out. Definitely will be back.

Sent junk Sent junk, thermal scope had major issues. tried calling several times, after being on hold for 10minutes or so rolled over to voice mail. Finally answered email but not until 30 return policy expired. Got a replacement from ATN but have no confidence in this unit and wanted to return it for refund but they said the 30 day return window gone. Very poor customer service!

As a relative novice to both the world of NV and thermal, I can confidently say that they will steer you right. In particular Felix, whom I've had much communication with. Felix has gone above and beyond with regard to keeping me updated on my purchases, answering my questions, working with me to facilitate difficult orders, and educating me regarding the nuances of certain devices in comparison with others. I can't say enough how thankful I am for his help. In addition to this, after receiving a few products from them I can say they offer great equipment with impeccable performance. The night vision device I received came standard with a data sheet and as advertised, with extra equipment I was not privy to receiving prior to my purchase. No blems or issues noted after running it a few hours. In general all I can say is that I'm exceedingly impressed with the service and devices Night Vision Guys offer.
