GBSent junk Sent junk, thermal scope had major issues. tried calling several times, after being on hold for 10minutes or so rolled over to voice mail. Finally answered email but not until 30 return policy expired. Got a replacement from ATN but have no confidence in this unit and wanted to return it for refund but they said the 30 day return window gone. Very poor customer service!

GBProduct still not delivered Ordered the product in October 23 was told would arrive in 3 weeks. Three months later it finally shipped and FED EX delivered it to a wrong address (grocery store). In January said they were working with manufacturer to get replacement. It is now April and they said the same thing today as before. Still nothing even though they took my money. If I could rate lower I would.

And you can not beat the quality for the price, the military spec 3rd Gen NVG I bought from them would have been thousands more anywhere else and thus this was the only place I could afford them.
