Felix has gone above and beyond with regard to keeping me updated on my purchases, answering my questions, working with me to facilitate difficult orders, and educating me regarding the nuances of certain devices in comparison with others. I can't say enough how thankful I am for his help. In addition to this, after receiving a few products from them I can say they offer great equipment with impeccable performance. The night vision device I received came standard with a data sheet and as advertised, with extra equipment I was not privy to receiving prior to my purchase. No blems or issues noted after running it a few hours. In general all I can say is that I'm exceedingly impressed with the service and devices Night Vision Guys offer.
