The customer service has been superb when a couple packages were lost customer service was welcoming, responsive and solved the problem immediately. Top notch products and I like the random oddball lures as well. Only critique is I wish all the products had detailed descriptions. Cast on!

The tackle insurance is a HUGE benefit and takes all of the pressure off using those higher priced lures for fear of losing them. Keep up the good work!

HORRIBLE experience since I've had this… HORRIBLE experience since I've had this subscription last year. This year I couldn't redeem the QR code or the fully written code. I couldn't get ANY help by text, SMS, or by phone. Forget about customer services from this place, it all defaults to the website, which is apparently broken, not updated, or is just unmonitored by their technicians.

Great deals for being a member Great deals for being a member, tackle insurance has come in handy once or twice. Never any mix ups with items timely deliveries and have had multiple rods replaced that broke after delivery. Great experience from start to finish!

I have been a member since October of… I have been a member since October of 2020 with a monthly subscription to the elite bass box.Gotta say I haven’t been disappointed yet every box has been packed full of the newest lures and are fishable in the lake and rivers in my area.I am very happy with my subscription and customer service help is great as well
