Never again.. I sent my pocket knife to be sharpened on 06/05/20. This review is being conducted on 09/15/20. As of this review, my knife is still AWOL. The worst part is that everytime I contact them, I get the same answer, "It is awaiting final inspection and will be sent out in two weeks". Today I am told that the wild fires in Oregon are halting the shipping process. Luckily I didn't pay too much for the knife and am currently shopping around for a better one. I understand the company may be doing the best as they can, but the least Kershaw could do is send a simple email to their customers, keeping them advised of the many delays.

The owner Changed the font i'd asked for… The owner Changed the font is asked for because the knife was for a girl. Lisa didn't wait for my approval, but changed the font and sent the knife. When i stated I wanted the same font i asked for, the same font I'd had on 3 prior purchases, i was told it was her choice and i should be happy because 'any girl would like it' which is irrelevant- i want the font i asked for. I wanted the font the same. She just became angry on the phone and ended the phone call. I thought I had found a mom and pop shop i could trust after having made several prior purchases, but i won't use them again.
