Excellent knife, awesome warranty service. Excellent knife at an affordable price. Top that off with amazing warranty service which I have used twice over the years. Got a replacement spring bar for assisted open mind numbingly fast. No exaggeration! Definitely is my favorite knife. I carry and use it daily for many years, and would buy another in a second. Love their specials I've ordered from this company before and had great service. But what I think I like most about them is their email specials. When they send you an email advertising a special, it is usually pretty good. They do not send out luke-warm specials.

Good Product / Bad Service No complaints about the product but customer service is sub-par. They are hard to reach, not willing to help and don't follow up.
