USOrdered a front grip for a firearm Ordered a front grip for a firearm, package apparently got lost before it even left the state. I contacted MSP and both they and I did a missing mail search. A month later and still nothing. I asked MSP to either send a new one or refund my order. They refused to do either. They said I have to wait 90 days. Having to dispute the charge with my bank now. Absolutely worst customer service ever. Do not order from them.

USDo not purchase from them I purchased the PTK-M Angled Foregrip. The product itself is nice though false advertisement from the video they provided. It does not have storage nor does it come with the thumb guard. Not worth 40 dollars for just that. However, the worse part is the seller. The item was obviously used for it was already opened and dirty, it literally had a detached insect wing on it. When I went to attach it to my AR15, I discovered one of the M-Lok nuts were not even threaded! That must be why it was sent back in the first place and they just decided to send out to me, disgusting. I would not suggest this seller! In fact I tried to post this on their site but they will not post it! Smart on their part but damn they are rotten!

USzero communication doesnt actually ship items say they are in stock and ship that day but they aren't even in stock with zero eta. per their own voicemail they aren't manning the phones. real communication is impossible. all around don't recommend.

USTheir prices are good and quality… Their prices are good and quality products. Items shipped fast and they responded to a questions via email quickly. Only thing they could do better is provide tracking. I waited like 3 or 4 business days and never got a ship notice. Then I emailed them about status of my order, well the next day the items were delivered, so tracking and notification could be better. Would def buy from them again.

USPitiful Pitiful. The item I ordered is on backorder. They did not notify me or ever provide any information to inform me of this. My order has been (Pending) for over 5 days. Customer service phone number is not (Manned) thier words. Calling is pointless. They expect you to wait 72 hours to receive any response to your emails. Had I known any of this I would've paid twice as much to have a tracking number or any pertinent information. Just order your product direct from the product manufacturer. I did and it turns out the manufacturer is 3 hours away from my address. Don't waste your time or money!
