Smooth claims experience Ive held cat insurance with Argos for 8 months and had to claim recently, it was dealt with so smoothly and efficiently. I had some issues with the app portal but it didnt stop me claiming, I just couldnt see as much info as I should. (It said i need to log in to see details but I was logged in).

Pet Insurance The lady I spoke to was amazing . She was kind helpful and extremely patient and didn’t rush me at all . I didn’t feel I was being a nuisance . She sorted everything out for me and made sure I was happy with the outcome.
