Good value compared to competition I have never claimed (but evidence suggests this is not an issue): what is good is the price: Argos pat insurance is good value. I have two cats insured with Argos (one at £7000, the other £2000, both life). There does not seem to be additional costs to claim other than excess.

Smooth claims experience Ive held cat insurance with Argos for 8 months and had to claim recently, it was dealt with so smoothly and efficiently. I had some issues with the app portal but it didnt stop me claiming, I just couldnt see as much info as I should. (It said i need to log in to see details but I was logged in).
