GBSmooth claims experience Ive held cat insurance with Argos for 8 months and had to claim recently, it was dealt with so smoothly and efficiently. I had some issues with the app portal but it didnt stop me claiming, I just couldnt see as much info as I should. (It said i need to log in to see details but I was logged in).

GBVery happy It’s important to read reviews from those who have had to make a claim. My Italian Greyhound X Whippet had a nasty gastrointestinal infection resulting in several hundred pounds worth of fees. The claim was straightforward. From submitting the claim to receiving the money in my account was 10 days - this included the insurer verifying fees with the vet. I chose Argos because they were only a little more expensive than the cheapest quotes but had good reviews. I’m pleased to say that assessment was right - they’ve delivered and the pup is now back to normal.

Our pet's treatment lasted a few weeks so we're really pleased that we only had to place a claim once and the rest of the treatment was added each time we visited the vets.
