Our pet's treatment lasted a few weeks so we're really pleased that we only had to place a claim once and the rest of the treatment was added each time we visited the vets. GBSmooth claims experience Ive held cat insurance with Argos for 8 months and had to claim recently, it was dealt with so smoothly and efficiently. I had some issues with the app portal but it didnt stop me claiming, I just couldnt see as much info as I should. (It said i need to log in to see details but I was logged in).
