USI appreciate the Disk Makers Staff I… I appreciate the Disk Makers Staff I interacted with and the fact that they kept in quick touch with me, answering questions by email and in person by phone. I felt like all my needs were met, and they even help me with questions pertaining to CD Baby, which I also found very helpful and was very grateful for. I really appreciate that this Makers has kept their business in touch with the customer and allowing for phone calls when needed and quick response by email to all of my questions. Deborah Clingan PS if you have any sway as a company with CD Baby, I think they could really use the personal touch again in their company, as there are sometimes when questions are really needed to be asked by phone and it’s really disturbing that we cannot connect anyone in person yet they are taking money from us. It’s quite sad. I guess that’s my two cents and if anyone could pass that on to them, I’d really appreciate it. Quite frankly, it has made me appreciate Disk Makers all the more because you guys still have that personal touch. Thank you, thank you!
