Paid for expedited shipping but arrived late We paid extra to have our order and shipping expedited, but the order wasn't processed for quite a few days and also didn't arrive on the delivery date originally given. The delay in order caused issued with what we needed the product for. The product itself was great and we were happy with it.

Disc Makers is a fantastic company Disc Makers' CD musical content and album art quality was fantastic. All deadlines were met, ordering and delivery was painless. Products were safely packed and timely text notices given. I highly recommend Disc Makers!!

The color printing on the actual disc is wrong... The printing on the actual disc is the wrong color. Not sure why it is this way---didn't look like that when I sent the image and previewed it.

I've been using Disc Makers to create… I've been using Disc Makers to create my CDs for 26 years now. They have always been very easy to work with and I appreciate their rapid communication when something doesn't go as expected. Their pricing is excellent as well.

I appreciate the Disk Makers Staff I… I appreciate the Disk Makers Staff I interacted with and the fact that they kept in quick touch with me, answering questions by email and in person by phone. I felt like all my needs were met, and they even help me with questions pertaining to CD Baby, which I also found very helpful and was very grateful for. I really appreciate that this Makers has kept their business in touch with the customer and allowing for phone calls when needed and quick response by email to all of my questions. I had a really good experience with Disk Makers for the latest project I did with them. Thank you to all. Deborah Clingan PS if you have any sway as a company with CD Baby, I think they could really use the personal touch again in their company, as there are sometimes when questions are really needed to be asked by phone and it’s really disturbing that we cannot connect anyone in person yet they are taking money from us. It’s quite sad. I guess that’s my two cents and if anyone could pass that on to them, I’d really appreciate it. Quite frankly, it has made me appreciate Disk Makers all the more because you guys still have that personal touch. Thank you, thank you!
