GBFast turnaround time! Account creation was easy. File uploads were easy and fast to find file problems with the art. Customer service helped when it was time to review audio files. The records were on my porch in 6 weeks. We chose the random color selected at the factory. We got more colors than expected - nice! The only thing that I did not see was my release number etched into the dead wax.

GBPaid for expedited shipping but arrived late We paid extra to have our order and shipping expedited, but the order wasn't processed for quite a few days and also didn't arrive on the delivery date originally given. The delay in order caused issued with what we needed the product for. The product itself was great and we were happy with it.

PEFriendly, fast and quality service. This was my experience This is the first time I've worked making an album in the United States. I had no references and I was very urgent to do my job. I searched the internet and found many companies that provided this service, until I found Disk Makers and realized how user-friendly their system is. When I had a question, I contacted them by email and to my surprise they responded very quickly and with the necessary information, which allowed me to make the decision to work with them without any doubt. I already have my disks and USBs. I am happy with the result and the quality of the work. I'm not one to write comments on networks but in this case, I think it deserves it.

GBThe color printing on the actual disc is wrong... The printing on the actual disc is the wrong color. Not sure why it is this way---didn't look like that when I sent the image and previewed it.
