Fast turnaround time! Account creation was easy. File uploads were easy and fast to find file problems with the art. Customer service helped when it was time to review audio files. The records were on my porch in 6 weeks. We chose the random color selected at the factory. We got more colors than expected - nice! The only thing that I did not see was my release number etched into the dead wax.

I can't praise Disc Makers & SoundLab… I can't praise Disc Makers & SoundLab enough, their work is very profesional and easy to work with, my music has been elevated to the level I always thought of.

I appreciate the Disk Makers Staff I… I appreciate the Disk Makers Staff I interacted with and the fact that they kept in quick touch with me, answering questions by email and in person by phone. I felt like all my needs were met, and they even help me with questions pertaining to CD Baby, which I also found very helpful and was very grateful for. I really appreciate that this Makers has kept their business in touch with the customer and allowing for phone calls when needed and quick response by email to all of my questions. I had a really good experience with Disk Makers for the latest project I did with them. Thank you to all. Deborah Clingan PS if you have any sway as a company with CD Baby, I think they could really use the personal touch again in their company, as there are sometimes when questions are really needed to be asked by phone and it’s really disturbing that we cannot connect anyone in person yet they are taking money from us. It’s quite sad. I guess that’s my two cents and if anyone could pass that on to them, I’d really appreciate it. Quite frankly, it has made me appreciate Disk Makers all the more because you guys still have that personal touch. Thank you, thank you!
