My new case…fast! The only available case specifically for my Bedford Premier! Excellent quality…I wanted to crawl inside the lining it is so furry and soft! Where's the customer service? I called and left message regarding my purchase. No reply, nothing. I Still purchased my items despite, hoping they'll work. Poor attention to customer service, at least for this customer.

The folks over at D’Angelico were kind… The folks over at D’Angelico were kind and knowledgeable. They helped me pick out a neat Pigtronix pedal that I’m super happy with. They were also both from Mississippi which was a really cool thing to stumble across on my trip to Aspen. Thanks for the help, y’all! 10/10 would recommend 💜

I inadvertently ordered the wrong case… I inadvertently ordered the wrong case online. Neither the D'Angelico or Paypal website would allow me to cancel and reorder the correct one. In my desperation I contacted the D'Angelico office using the number listed on the company's googled information. A very nice lady told me it wouldn't be a problem to modify the order and she would send the request to the proper department. I received the correct guitar case. GREAT JOB!
