GBAvoid this online store for DBZ items I requested to cancel 2 orders since shipping takes forever and the figures will not make it on time for a birthday gift. Got no response from customer service for 12 hours, then all of a sudden I got an email saying the shipping labels for both packages had been made and customer service started responding. They stated they couldn't cancel since the orders already shipped. They don't pay for return shipping and you have to ship back to Canada so I'm pretty sure they saw my messages and shipped out my orders so I can't cancel. Avoid this online store.

GBLost order Had an issue with an order that I placed over a month ago that never arrived. Jim helped me out and let me know that there was a shipping delay with the original order and it was in limbo. Without asking, he sent out a replacement order and advised to shipping time frames. Stellar service.

CAGrandson is thrilled Although, my purchase did not come before xmas, I did receive it in good condition and the man's small fit my 9 yr old grandson. My grandson was thrilled with the sweatshirt. When I was getting concerned about the length of time it was taking without any word from DBZ, I contacted them and they were on it straight away. I am happy with the service.
