Jim helped me out and let me know that there was a shipping delay with the original order and it was in limbo. Without asking, he sent out a replacement order and advised to shipping time frames. CAGrandson is thrilled Although, my purchase did not come before xmas, I did receive it in good condition and the man's small fit my 9 yr old grandson. My grandson was thrilled with the sweatshirt. When I was getting concerned about the length of time it was taking without any word from DBZ, I contacted them and they were on it straight away. I am happy with the service.
