Jim helped me out and let me know that there was a shipping delay with the original order and it was in limbo. Without asking, he sent out a replacement order and advised to shipping time frames. GBI have ordered two items for my son's… I have ordered two items for my son's Christmas presents from this site. They don't send tracking information. They send you to an app. The app does not have the tracking information for my purchase. I'm worried that they won't arrive in time and since they don't offer you any semblance of an estimated time, it's impossible to gauge. Really bad approach. I won't be doing business with this site again.

GBAaaa I made a mistake by not reading their shipping policy. They were quick to respond when I had questions about their shipping policy and the item I ordered. The wallet overall looks really amazing, but upon closer inspection I noticed that there was a smudge on the writing, barely noticeable at all unless you are looking at it close to your face. I got it for a birthday present, and I noticed after I had given it to them. They said that they didn’t notice nor really cared because the art was AMAZING!!!!! I will say that this store does have an amazing return policy though!!
