I bought a remote control jeep back in… I bought a remote control jeep back in November 19 2023. It worked well off and on for a week, then stored in box till a few days ago. Charged batteries and tried to sink up and will run for a few seconds then stop and the controller starts beeping. Changed batteries in the controller but no difference. Vary disappointed that after a few months there a failure already.

Bad charger replaced promptly! I'll be back! My son received an RC Truck as a birthday gift but the batteries wouldn't charge. I reached out to ExHobby and they promptly sent new equipment to rectify the issue. Now we're up and racing, and my son is thrilled with this high-speed toy! I was thrilled with the customer service. I can't imagine buying a radio controlled device anywhere else after this experience. ExHobby has won a loyal fan and customer.
