Great customer support Great customer support! I've made a mistake on my address line and because of that after getting to Poland my shipment was on it's return way. When I contacted the support they immediately reorganized the shipment data and propellers came in after few days. I wish other companies had same approach to such situations! Well done EXHOBBY!

I was sent the wrong part and it took too long to deliver. Not only did the part take too long to be delivered ( I was unaware it was comming all the way from China) but the bumper was not the right one to fit the tornado truck it was advertised to. I had to modify the bumper to make it work, and it still didn't really fit properly

Shipping mishap fixed Several mishaps in shipping items. Evelyn in customer service tried to remedy with missing parts. After receiving partial replacement, she offered a 50% discount to get another plane with the missing pieces included. Bam. Thank you so much. It might take a little time but if you have a problem, these guys will get it done. And the planes are good value

Outstanding Customer Service...Evelyn This is an outstanding company to do business with. This is due to Evelyn, who works in their Customer Service Department. I ordered a RC Plane which was 'Return to Sender' due to FedEx not having my new address in their system. Evelyn verified the plane was returned, then worked with me to reship the plane to a neighbor's house in a very timely manner. I will continue to do business with this company, knowing that Evelyn is there to resolve any issues that arise. Thank you.....Evelyn
