I JUST got into RC !!!! EXhobby goes above and beyond I JUST got into RC, and was very skeptical of going online to find hard to find replacement parts/ Batteries. Evelyn at EXhobby gave me all the assurance I could go online to a trustworthy site. She went above and beyond with my questions on my Smaller order. I then Purchased a Light RC plane from their site, received it Quickly! Next orders will get increasingly Larger. They are on my Bookmarks list of Go to Online Shopping.

I bought a remote control jeep back in… I bought a remote control jeep back in November 19 2023. It worked well off and on for a week, then stored in box till a few days ago. Charged batteries and tried to sink up and will run for a few seconds then stop and the controller starts beeping. Changed batteries in the controller but no difference. Vary disappointed that after a few months there a failure already.

I am quite pleased with my purchase… I am quite pleased with my purchase from ExHobby. The product was easy to find on their website, easy to purchase and arrived within a few days. My only negative comment is...I had to use a "chat" feature to answer my question, I'm not a fan of this feature, I'd rather speak with a human. I know this is the future, but sometimes you need a human, everything cannot be answered by AI.
