Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service! Excellent communication, quick resolution and follow up to ensure my satisfaction. This is the way customer service is supposed to be. I highly recommend Evelyn and the team at E X Hobby. (Items were missing from my order and the team promptly resolved the issue in the smoothest experience possible) I will continue to bring my business to EX Hobby.

New fixed wing aircraft flyer As a first time flyer you can do no better than the VolantexRC War bird series. I can’t say enough about how easy it is to learn with the three step stabilization that makes learning to fly these durable repairable craft so easy. My only wish would be that the replacement propellers and propeller savers were easier to obtain and a little less expensive.

I bought a remote control jeep back in… I bought a remote control jeep back in November 19 2023. It worked well off and on for a week, then stored in box till a few days ago. Charged batteries and tried to sink up and will run for a few seconds then stop and the controller starts beeping. Changed batteries in the controller but no difference. Vary disappointed that after a few months there a failure already.

Great customer support Great customer support! I've made a mistake on my address line and because of that after getting to Poland my shipment was on it's return way. When I contacted the support they immediately reorganized the shipment data and propellers came in after few days. I wish other companies had same approach to such situations! Well done EXHOBBY!

Fly like you want. EXhobby,,,, the manufacturer of the best rc plane ever! Recently purchased a 400mm Warbird(Spitfire), what a gem of a product. Does EXACTLY what it says on the box & much, much more. Will provide anyone who has a keen eye on the hobby with an excellent piece of kit & introduces the lesser enthusiast of rc flying straight into the action. A quite brilliant item to the collection, thank you EXhobby, Volantex RC. Happy customer, highly recommended product.
