I JUST got into RC !!!! EXhobby goes above and beyond I JUST got into RC, and was very skeptical of going online to find hard to find replacement parts/ Batteries. Evelyn at EXhobby gave me all the assurance I could go online to a trustworthy site. She went above and beyond with my questions on my Smaller order. I then Purchased a Light RC plane from their site, received it Quickly! Next orders will get increasingly Larger. They are on my Bookmarks list of Go to Online Shopping.

Outstanding customer service Outstanding customer service! Excellent communication, quick resolution and follow up to ensure my satisfaction. This is the way customer service is supposed to be. I highly recommend Evelyn and the team at E X Hobby. (Items were missing from my order and the team promptly resolved the issue in the smoothest experience possible) I will continue to bring my business to EX Hobby.

No existent customer service No existent customer service, haven’t been able to reach customer service for over a week now. Tried online chat and email.

Outstanding Customer Service...Evelyn This is an outstanding company to do business with. This is due to Evelyn, who works in their Customer Service Department. I ordered a RC Plane which was 'Return to Sender' due to FedEx not having my new address in their system. Evelyn verified the plane was returned, then worked with me to reship the plane to a neighbor's house in a very timely manner. I will continue to do business with this company, knowing that Evelyn is there to resolve any issues that arise. Thank you.....Evelyn

Bad charger replaced promptly! I'll be back! My son received an RC Truck as a birthday gift but the batteries wouldn't charge. I reached out to ExHobby and they promptly sent new equipment to rectify the issue. Now we're up and racing, and my son is thrilled with this high-speed toy! I was thrilled with the customer service. I can't imagine buying a radio controlled device anywhere else after this experience. ExHobby has won a loyal fan and customer.
