Alright I guess. Doing business was ok but pretty similar like UPS they never informed me about package status either so they should have informed that package has been sent for example so then I know who is the next responsible of the package and I would also know what to do next. Customer service is alright but sometimes they never reply but luckily at the end they did. The item quality is ok but not great. I give 3/5 at the end so it is fine but there is room for improvement.

Good service, beautiful doll, but verify specs. Service was exceptional. Questions were answered quickly, accurately, and politely and Lily was patient with me. The doll is beautiful and exotic. The eyes, hands, and breasts are particularly well done. I would have given it 5 starts if my doll hadn't been delivered 30% heavier than the weight stated on the site. If weight is important to you, verify the doll's weight before placing your order. The manufacturer never offered to fix the problem. Also, you may prefer a TPE model, they're softer, more flexible, and cheaper. Update, over a month later they are still grossly misclaiming how much they can reduce a doll's weight and their current price is misleading, so I've reduced them to three stars.
